The plan was to pinpoint a high-caliber vineyard on the slopes of the\u003cspan style=\"color: #993300;\"\u003e \u003cb\u003eAndes Mountains\u003c\/b\u003e,\u003c\/span\u003e then harvest and chill the fruit, transporting the valuable cargo by sea voyage to \u003cb\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #993300;\"\u003eCaymus Vineyards\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/b\u003e. The fruit arrived in excellent condition, looking as though it had just been harvested. They used great care to extract deep color and rich tannins through a slow and delicate fermentation.
